Fairly satisfying conversational moment

BT customer service rep: The thing is madam, I'm not an engineer ...

Me: I am.

BT customer service rep: Oh.

Oh priceless.

Bet the script doesn't cover that, probably had to have a lie down in a quiet room after that response... that room that has no phones, no broadband and nop thinking, creative peop;e in it....a BT room then!

Do I get a prize for the right answer, do I do I!!? I will wait 7 hours really you's think this was the age of the chip of some such wouldnt you, what next an engineer whomactually arrives with a ladder to get up the pole that has been identified with a fault on it. But then silly me didn;t realise it's the clipboard and hard hat that signify BT at its finest not a brain a work sheet and some tools, cough.

Ah where would we be without the humour of BT, cough
